Is there a setup fee?
No. Your monthly fee is the only charge.
How are my hours tracked?
We will keep a running total of your hours and send you weekly reports. Or feel free to ask us for a report at any time. If you are running out of time will notify you well ahead of that.
Can I cancel anytime?
On demand pricing is non-contract based work, however, our retainer packages do require a contract.
What if I need more hours?
If you go over your limit we can make additional hours available at a comparable rate to what you already pay or you can upgrade your plan at any time.
I just signed up! What can I expect next?
First, Welcome Aboard! Please expect a welcome call from your virtual assistant within 24 hours of committing to services. Your VA will be able to walk you through the process of onboarding and all pertinent information will be discussed and delivered during the initial intake call.
Do my hours roll over?
No. All hours must be used in their entirety during the month.
Does my VA work on the weekends?
Yes. Your VA can work on weekends as needed. Advanced notice is required and hours of availability are limited to 4 per weekend.
Does my VA work on Holidays?
No. Jasia Business Solutions observes all major U.S. holidays so that your VA can spend quality time with family and friends. Holiday observance includes:

Thanksgiving Day & the day after
